PROTEI expands MVNO product line by GGSN/PDN-GW

Complementing its MVNO/MVNE portfolio PROTEI presents GGSN/PDN-GW. This node is the heart of Packed Core of mobile operator, responsible for interworking between the mobile network and external IP-networks. This network node involved in all key procedures related to the data traffic processing such as mobility management, session management and transport for Internet Protocol packet services in GSM, UMTS and LTE networks.

GGSN/PDN-GW supports GTP v1 and v2 protocol handling and takes part in PDP context management procedures including authentication and authorization, IP pool management and address mapping, QoS and PDP context enforcement.

System may be delivered as pre-integrated bundle with field-proven PROTEI DPI/PCEF solution gives an ability to build cost efficient and fully functional packet traffic handling node for MVNOs/MVNEs.
